Responsibilities for the account’s assistant will include:

  • Raising sales invoice/credits.
  • Purchase invoice processing.
  • Credit control.
  • Supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Cash book maintenance and allocations.
  • Bank Reconciliations for three currency bank accounts.
  • Supplier payment runs.
  • Credit account approval and limits.
  • Stock ordering.
  • Petty cash.
  • Intercompany account reconciliation.
  • Additional Ad-Hoc duties.

You must have previous experience of working within a similar role covering all aspects of transactional finance. Focussed, self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic. Striving to continuously improve quality of service provided. Able to build and develop effective working relationships with others to meet shared goals.
