Alexander Daniels Group (which consists of Alexander Daniels Limited, company number 07109065 and Alexander Daniels Energy Limited, company number 11571032 and Alexander Daniels Channel Islands Limited, company number 62489) is committed to protecting the privacy of our candidates, clients and users of our website. We will ensure that the information you submit to us is only used for the purposes set out in this policy.

The Information We Collect and Why We Use It

Alexander Daniels Ltd may collect your personal details, including but not limited to your name and contact details (together with your e-mail address) and other relevant information from your CV. This information is stored and processed by us as follows:

  • to provide our services to you and maintain our business relationship;
  • to enable you to submit your CV for general applications or to apply for specific jobs.
  • In order for us to find the most suitable job vacancies for you and to submit your details to clients to apply for jobs
  • to direct-market our services, advise you of news and industry updates, events, promotions and competitions, reports and other information
  • to comply with contractual obligations we hold with our clients

It is possible that we may hold, use and disclose your personal information for any other purpose not described above.

As a registered candidate on our database, we will share your personal information within our business which is based in the European Economic Area (“EEA”).

Curriculum vitae (“CV”)
You have the option of providing us with your CV to either apply for a specific job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants for potential positions as they come up. Your CV will be stored in the Alexander Daniels Limited database and will be accessible by Alexander Daniels Limited and Alexander Daniels Channel Islands Limited recruitment.
You can update your CV at any time, simply by following the same procedure to submit a new CV.

Who will you share my personal data with?
In order for us to deliver our services to you, we may share your information with any member of the Alexander Daniels Limited Group, and other trusted third parties. On occasion we may be required to supply personal information to a regulatory body or law enforcement agency.

How long will you keep my personal data for?
We will store your data for a minimum of 3 years unless you submit a request for removal.
