Laura has worked in the recruitment industry for over 14 years beginning her career in accounts and payroll, ultimately setting up and automating a shared service centre integrating 8 recruitment businesses.

She moved over to recruitment 7 years ago and is now experienced in recruiting roles from transactional level up to Qualified, both on an interim and permanent basis, and for a variety of industry sectors within the North Birmingham marketplace. Laura joined Alexander Daniels to continue the growth of that market with specific focus on transactional and part-qualified roles specifically for candidates based in Walsall and Staffordshire.
